You receive our agronomically engineered fertilization treatments, combined with the latest soil supplements. Crabgrass, weed, insect, and grub control to create an almost flawless lawn. Properly timed applications of custom slow-release fertilizers with micronutrients guarantee color and thickness, and this program includes limestone pro-mix to maintain an appropriate soil pH and optimal health.
It all starts with a soil test. Your soil can often be deficient in important nutrients or, even worse, have excesses. Therefore, we provide all new clients with a free ($80 value) soil and pH test & analysis. We will correct any nutrient problems within the program. An additional one-time cost may occur for pH corrections.
Our Signature Real Green Lawn Care Program includes the following:
1st-Early Spring - We fertilize your lawn with our custom early spring fertilizer. This will give your lawn a quick green-up and deliver consistent nutrients for optimal turf health and beauty. This includes a preventive crabgrass treatment to protect your lawn from summer crabgrass and spot weed control to address any post-emergent weed growth.
2nd-Late Spring - Our custom slow-release fertilizer is applied to your lawn, providing essential nutrients and micro-nutrients. Plus, a 2nd pre-emergent crabgrass control. A bi-annual application of preventative crabgrass treatment is the most effective way to control this aggressive wild grass. Existing weeds are also spot-treated.
3rd-Late Spring NEW EPA - Reduced Risk Grub control w/surface insect control to help protect your lawn from destructive grubs and insects.
NOTE: A double billing will occur because the 2nd and 3rd treatments are performed together.
4th- Early-Mid.Summer - Organic-based summer fertilizer with micro-nutrients and surface insect control protection. Additionally, depending on your lawn's condition, we apply spot post-emergent crabgrass, nut-sedge, and weed control as required.
5th-Late Summer - Custom-balanced, slow-release fertilizer with essential micro-nutrients. This special treatment will help your lawn recover from the stresses of summer, including heat, humidity, and limited rainfall. Depending on your lawn's specific needs, we apply spot post-emergent crabgrass, nut-sedge, and weed control at no additional charge.
6th-Fall - Based on your soil needs, we prepare your lawn for fall-winter with our organic-based fertilizer. This treatment provides essential micronutrients, ensuring your lawn enters late fall and winter in optimal condition. Additional spot weed control is applied as necessary.
7th-Fall / Late Fall (Included; however, you may opt out at your request) - This limestone pro-mix treatment will help to maintain a balanced soil pH level and create optimal soil conditions. It provides vital nutrients and minerals that help stabilize soil pH, which improves the efficacy of fertilizers and control products. It improves the soil structure, improves stress tolerance, reduces disease flare-ups, and improves overall turf health. These commercial-grade limestone pellets do not require watering; they will work into the soil structure over the winter.
