1st-Early Spring - We fertilize your lawn with our custom-balanced early spring fertilizer. This will give your lawn a quick green-up and provide consistent nutrient delivery for optimal turf health and beauty. Additionally, we apply a preventative crabgrass treatment to protect your lawn from summertime crabgrass and apply spot weed control to address any post-emergent weed growth.

2nd-Late Spring -  Custom slow-release organic-based fertilizer is applied to your lawn, providing essential nutrients and micro-nutrients. Plus, another pre-emergent crabgrass control. A bi-annual application of preventative crabgrass treatment is the most effective way to control this aggressive wild grass from becoming a problem.  Existing weeds are also spot-treated. 

3rd-Late Spring  NEW EPA - Reduced Risk Grub control w/surface insect control to help protect your lawn from destructive grubs and insects. 

NOTE: A double billing will occur because the 2nd and 3rd treatments are performed together.

4th-Early - Mid.Summer - Organic-based summer fertilizer with essential micro-nutrients. This special treatment will help protect your lawn from the stresses of summer, such as heat, humidity, and limited rainfall.  Depending on your lawn's specific needs, we apply spot post-emergent crabgrass, nut-sedge, and weed control at no additional charge.

*Warning - Reduced Pesticide no surface insect control applied. Your lawn will be at a slight risk for surface insect damage.

5th-Late Summer - Non-Pesticide Application of balanced organic-based fertilizer plus micro-nutrients. This application boosts your lawn and soil with plenty of beneficial nutrients that help strengthen it to better withstand summer heat stress, insects, and disease. 

*Warning - Your lawn may grow some minor weeds at this time and be at risk for surface insect damage.

6th-Fall - Non-Pesticide Application - We prepare your lawn for fall-winter with an organic-based fertilizer application, providing your lawn and soil with essential micronutrients and ensuring it enters the late fall-winter in optimal condition.

7th-Fall / Late Fall - Non-Pesticide Application - This limestone pro-mix treatment will help maintain a balanced soil pH and create optimal soil conditions. It provides vital nutrients and minerals that help stabilize soil pH, which improves the efficacy of fertilizers and control products. It improves the soil structure, improves stress tolerance, reduces disease flare-ups, and improves overall turf health. These commercial-grade limestone pellets do not require watering; they will work into the soil structure over the winter.
